   this is my conformation saint too and i love him. but it kinda sucks that there is not allot of information on the internet and there's also allot of saint Daniel so its hard to find this one but i still like him very very much because he risked his life to comfort someone else isn't that so nice!

   I'm naming my baby after Saint Daniel.. Daniel Michael is a gift from Jesus above he will arrive December 26, 2012. I'm so excited and, it's an honor to have my child named after a wonderful saint..

    St Daniel, dear saint, you and your companions were Egyptians who suffered severe bodily pain and died for love of fellow Christians. This shows us that love of God must be made manifest in our love of neighbour. Give to us the grace of being truly prayerful in our daily lives and active in our works of mercy. Christ our beloved Saviour gives us opportunities for this. May we through the intercession of Mother Mary, St. Joseph and the saints respond to Christ's command. Dear St Daniel, pray for all who are helpless and wracked in bed of pain, the elderly who are vulnerable and have no-one to look after them. Pray also for children who are born with severe disablement, poor speech, poor reasoning, poor learning capacity and who suffer terrible epileptic seizures. Give them a permanent cure, which I truly believe Christ will grant. Amen

    I like this site, and the saints stories, although like Tamira, I had to read it twice twice. I guess that I forgot that in the top or beginning it said he and four companions. I suppose we need a little more wisdom and understanding. I love to read the saints stories, I so do want to follow Jesus and his saints.

    Love this site and read it all the time - but this particular biography is written in a very confusing manner - hard to follow despite its short length.

    this is a very inspiring saint. though tortured for giving comfort to those christians....what he did was very inspiring to me so that i may go out and encourage others to come to Christ and help those who are doing His work.
